Self-service garage usage agreement
By booking a bay you agree to the terms below.
1General terms
- The workshop provides the customer with a bay and equipment for independent work.
- The operator is not responsible for the result of the customer's work.
- This agreement is a public offer.
2Customer responsibility
- Use equipment only for its intended purpose and follow safety rules.
- Handle tools with care and report faults immediately.
- The customer compensates any damage they cause.
- The workshop is not liable for the customer's injuries, damage to personal property or faults caused by the customer.
3Code of conduct
- Being under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited.
- Smoking and drinking alcohol are prohibited.
- Do not disturb other customers or damage property.
4Safety
- The customer is aware of the risks involved in the work.
- We recommend using protective gear (gloves, safety glasses).
5CCTV
- The workshop may be under video surveillance.
6Personal data
- Your name, phone and email are used only for booking and communication.
- Data is not shared with third parties except where required by law.
7Consent
- By confirming a booking and paying the prepayment, the customer accepts these terms.
